Ben Evans

Ben studied medicine at UCL and was a surgical resident before joining McKinsey in 2010, where he worked in the firm’s healthcare practice in London, Boston and New York. This included a stint in product management and sales at Objective Health, a data analytics SaaS scale-up. From here he went into healthcare administration. Leading clinical transformation at St. George’s NHS Foundation Trust in South London, he drove the improvement and expansion of utilisation of clinical and non-clinical data to enhance patient care. In 2016 he joined InHealth to launch InHealth Ventures.

While not necessarily planned in advance, Ben’s career has led him to experience healthcare from many angles. Having been subjected to the pain of dealing with too many suboptimal health IT solutions as both a clinician and manager, Ben has a particular interest in teams building user-centric products with potential to radically improve the lives of patients and the healthcare workforce.
