Lavanya began her career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey and Company in Mumbai, where she specialised in strategy and turnaround projects. Lavanya later went on to work in the CEO’s office at The Hindu, one of India’s leading newspapers, where she worked on multiple strategic initiatives, including supporting and building two in-house digital ventures.
Lavanya is fascinated by the cross-border sharing of healthcare innovation and its ability to create patient impact globally. She has worked with companies across 3 continents and has experience creating strategies and building digital ventures from the ground up. She also has a particular interest in genomics and its ability to transform healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes.
Lavanya holds an MBA from London Business School and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi.
